Cusco Zero 2 / Stance GR+
Ok so i've read lots of reviews about them both and i've heard a lot about the cusco's being great as a dual purpose coilover.
I've read that the Stance GR+ even on the softest setting can be quite harsh.
My question is, which would perform better on the track?

(sorry, can't help with the actual question, no experience with either)

Looking at the spring rates alone the Cuscos are much better suited to road course duty. Stance's are nice for the money but they are more of a drifting suspension.
Arent the Cuscos like $700 more?

So if the cusco's are better suited for road duty, does that mean the stances are better suited for track duty.
That is my question. Are the stances better suited to track duty?

I think you're asking an impossible question - ultimately, which suspension will perform better will be the result of several factors - your setup (ie how you dial in the coilovers), your driving skill level, etc. I've used both, but being a vendor, I'm biased.
That being said, you're really comparing apples to oranges.
Slow*Jim said they are better suited to road coarse, ie track use, duty. Spring rates don't operate in a vacuum though, and there are several things that make a setup "work" or "not work" well. Several of us have run the Cusco's in dual purpose roles, for street and track, and been very pleased with the adjustments they provided us for both scenarios.
However in the case of the Stance, the springs rates are beyond mismatched - the roll transfer alone would be through the roof. They do let you drop the car on the ground, if that's your thing. Cusco's won't let you do that, but then again, no truly worthwhile coilover for this car will.
Biggest issue with the Cusco now is there are none in the US, none scheduled to come in and it will be a special order only (or air shipped from Japan)
