Default Sway bars hitting diff mount?

I've been getting some loud clunks under the car so climbed under there yesterday. I noticed the sway bar was really close to the diff mount, less than a finger width away. There is also a dent in the sway bar and a dent on the front driver side rear end mount (pic attached). I've had the Hotchkis bars on the car for a couple years with no issues (other than the endlink noise problem, still stock endlinks) but recently had everything taken off and put back on to get the gears swapped. Anyone have any issues with this before? As far as I can tell the sways bolt to the subframe and aren't affected by suspension ride height. Any ideas? Maybe the endlinks flexing too much left and right?
