Default Fontana Nissan Racing -- New Product Teasers!!!

In the next few months Fontana Nissan Racing will be making available many of the race proven solutions we have been using on our race car.

The parts in the works right now are:
-- Rear Monoball Kit
-- Billet Lower Control Arm
-- Billet Front Upper Control Arm
-- Rod End Type Rear Suspension Links
-- Race Proven Wind Tunnel Tested Louvered Front Hood.

We have the capabilities to custom fabricate anything someone might see on the race car. Custom is expensive but worth it

Billet Lower Control Arm

Rear Monoball Upright Kit

do by any chance have any plans to make a stronger front wheel bearing / upright to help with pad knockback issues?

That Plenum was Hand Made for this car. We have the capabilities to make more, but they will be extremely expensive!

Any chance that the front upper control arm is the same design as the "Unitech" product that was discontinued awhile back? Only asking because I think Jackson Stewart works for you.

Oh, I'd like to see a shot of the front lower control arm taken from above, need more detail on what you did to the swaybar mount area. That spot is pathetically weak on the oem arm.

Jackson Stewart = Unitech Racing = Fontana Nissan Racing -- kindof

When we do our official release, I will make sure they take multiple angle shots!

Just got an update from Jackson:

Attached are a couple of in process hood pictures.

The hood is now being detailed and all lines perfected. The final coat of epoxy primer should be sprayed today with final sanding on Monday then make tooling and hopefully have a race style hood done late next week. The street hood (stock inner structure) will follow about two weeks later.

Jackson

If you guys do have a revised or re-worked front upright which allows the use of larger bearings/hubs for the 350Z, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would put down some serious money for it. Pad knock-back sucks, and using piano wire springs behind the pistons to prevent the habitual left foot tap isn't my idea of how a sports car should be. A permanent solution would be worthwhile for many, I should think. Hell, even a good lap-welded and CNC machined stock piece to accommodate a larger hub and bearing would be nice if it was well-tested and designed by people who know what they're doing.

Rear upright with that spherical bearing for the damper mount looks to be perfect for those with a true coil-over in the rear.

Can't wait until the machined LCA arm is released. I'll have to decide if replacing the whole arm or just the bushing on my stock unit is in my future. It's good to have options with the platform now.
