so when i start from 1st and go up my car creeks in the back and when i go from driving to a stop i hear the noise again like the frame is creeking? anyone know what could it be

 

A longshot from your hardly detailed description of the problem, but do a search for "rear axle problem noise" and you will likely find your solution, as a rear axle defect was/is very common on the Z and makes a similar noise at the times you state.

 

If its not the rear axle TSB on 03-05's, check your endlinks.
