Default coilovers and strut bar

Can i still use my oem strut bar with coilovers. I have been trying to find out, but can't find anything. Also is it possible for someone to explain how to adjust dampening on coilovers. I want to adjust mine before they get installed. Im sorry i know these questions have been asked before, but I can't seem to find the answers. Sorry guys any answer would help thankss. Yes, you can use your oem bar.

Dampening is usually controlled by turning a **** at the top of the coilover

I just bought the sma coilover kit, and the top of it only has a bold. Is that what your talking about sorry. I am still learning this stuff. Is that the same way for the rear as well? thanks for the quick response jduet!

Someone with SMA's can chime in on that one but I'd say yes. If they click into 15 different positions that's them. This is where thay are on my stances

Take a look at the OEM strut bar. The bar does NOT connect to the top of the shock or spring. It connects to the strut tower.

ohh okay its really similar to mine!! ill go check it out right now, do you know how to adjust the rears by any chance?

Coilover? You usually have 2 rings: one for adjusting - one for locking the first. Why post post photos of the coilover?
