Default Accessibility to rear rebound adjustment? Drill a hole?

Anyone have any experience drilling a hole into the rear 'strut' bar to get access to adjust the rear rebound adjustment of the coilovers?

Please do share any experience...

Yeah that. It literally takes three seconds per side & doesn't make your interior look trashy.
