Problem with alignmnent
i got 20" rims on my g35 coupe. I bought this car used. For some reason the car has too much negative camber for both front and rear when i didn't do anything to the suspension.
Front was around -1.7 and rear was -1.6
Could it be because the previous owner did the spring mount mod? the ride height seems to be pretty normal..so maybe not. Or, something wrong with the A-arm?
Although i bought a SPC front camber kit and fixed the alignment, i wonder why the camber was bad in the first place.

front and rear camber specs are -0.1 to -1.0
your only just a little off... the owner might of done this so he would not rub on his tires...
best way is to post up an alignment sheet.

I don't know how they are set that way. That's the problem. I want to fix it if it was adjusted so that i dun need SPC camber kit.
I lost my alignmnent sheet with -1.7 and -1.6 camber..
the tires are 245/35/20 and 275/30/20 i dun think they would rub

honestly your not giving the most information for people the help you.
so we got the tire size, but wheel width and offsets are keys to find out if your rubbing or not.
You picked up a kit and everything seems good you say? if that is the case who cares and use the kit. -1.7 isn't that bad from what i've was told.

If you want to run, say, 1.0 degree of negative camber then you may have to install the kit.
ofc i can just use the kit but i don't want to if i don't have to. i got the kit for $400

i dunno the width of the rims ...i got these rims when i bought the rims. But i'll try to measure it ASAP.
