Yes they are the CS Teins. Very mild spring rates, not a performance enhancement, buy them for their namesake, COMFORT. Compair to HKS LS system, for the extra money(about $200 more than the HKS LS) the Teins get you adjustability on the dampeners (but without the spring rates to back that up performance wise).

CS spring rates are 392lbs front and rear
Stock 347lbs front and 419lbs rear
