KW Service??

KW Service??
Anyone have any experience with getting their KW suspension serviced? Curious what I should expects as wait times as my car is now on jack stands.
10K miles/ 10 months on Clubsports and one shock has gone bad. That's another story I don't want to get into it just yet. Btw, the Clubsports are NOT covered with any warranty. Just FYI.
In hindsight, had I known better I should have gotten the V3. Ride quality is better for street and the 'limited lifetime' warranty can't hurt either. Overall I'm happy with KW...but I do wish the process of sending back for service could be faster. I'm still waiting for an RMA number just to send it in.

I purchased v3's from this board and one of the struts seals were blown. About 2 weeks turn around time. I sent all 4 and they inspected all of them free of charge. They sent it back in about 2 weeks turn around time. Communication over email and phone was easy and painless. I spend 100 on the seal job and they did not charge any shipping fee. At least that wasn't itemized.
