Default Rear passenger side wheel noise

Maybe someone can offer some insight. I'm hearing a clattering or clicking noise from the right rear wheel at very low speeds. The sound goes away above about 15 mph completely. It seems to happen with the transmission engaged and not engaged. When I pull the e-brake, I hear a brief "clop" noise but it works normally. When I go over a bump, sometimes the same wheel makes a clunk noise.

Any ideas what this is?

Maybe a piece of rock stuck on the tire tread?
