Default tokico d spec blown

I purchased a set of brand new tokico d-spec off of a member here, installed in august. While i was driven i would feel the tail kick out when i went over a bump in the road. I would think i need a alignment, or maybe i needed to make the shocks softer. So i decided to adjust the rears and what do you know shocks are blown. The shaft was easy to push down i am heated . I drove the car less then 5k. And now i dont know what to do. I guess coils are next on the list. Has anyone else had this problem?

neither they are mated with gf210 and since i live in VA i havent really driven the car for the past few months due to bad weather. I will just buy two replacement shocks. I cant pony up over a 1000.00 for coils right now. Im wheel shopping. But thanks for all the input guys

check the shaft for any nicks or scratches, tends to be a common reason to blow shocks prematurely, ive seen it happen due to install errors but could be other reasons as well.
