Default Help with adjusting camber.

I'm looking to sell my 350 and I don't know enough to fix it and so I'm seeking info from those that do.

My rear tires are toed in a bit and I'm not sure how to adjust them to be at 90 degrees. I've been told that there's a screw/bolt that with make the adjustment, it's just that this info is "heresay." And so I'm not sure how easy it would be to "adjust" the camber.

I'm not sure if I'm even giving you enough info, so... I'm starting here.

Let me know what you guys know.

Thanks,

Zak

Does it have the factory suspension? If so, take it to an alignment shop.

Sounds like you're trying to gather information to do it yourself. Don't.

Take it to a shop.

Without the tools to measure the camber, how would you know when it's "90º"?

As suggested already, take it to a shop. BTW, 0º camber (90º to ground) would not be the proper setting on a Z so I don't see why you would want it that way.

BTW - toe-in and camber are two different things. That alone tells you that you should not be considering this as a DIY activity.

Agree with DavesZ#3 of course. For some reason we seem to have bought into the myth that camber is “bad.”

Zero camber on a wagon is good. A performance sports car is more complicated. Many are also confounded by the relationship between static alignment and suspension dynamics.
