Suspension?
I have an '03 with 35,000 miles and original Bridgestone Potenza's on it. The ride seems a bit harsh but I don't want to spring for new tires. I just put new front tires on last year. Is there a recommended set of shocks to ease the ride a bit?

It's a sports car, you have to expect a harsh ride. Especially an 03 because the suspension was modified slightly to improve some ride issues with the 04 and beyond models.
If you are on original 03 tires, they have to be hard as hockey pucks at this point. Age, exposure to UV and heat cycles cause the rubber to harden over the years, I wouldn't be surprised if the sidewalls had small cracks all over them.
New shocks are going to ride harder than your old ones.
