Default Stance GR+ pros rear settings?

Ok so I'm installing my GR+ pros today (g35) and I'm tying to get an idea on what I should set my rears at for dampening, seein i don't have the extenders to adjust them when there on. What would be the best setting to leave them at for daily street driving? I'm hearing full stiff in the rear and a bit softer, (7ish) in the front. I know it's difficult to get the best of both worlds, but I'm trying to improve performance for when I wanna drive hard, and maintain a bit of comfort for normal driving as well. I only plan on doing about 1"- 1.5" drop

Anyone else running these on a DD, and have settings to share?

Oh and +/- on the helper springs? Idk if they should be used or not

Default

Start at 1/3 of its setting. So is 1 is softest and 32 is firm, you would start at 11ish. Then work from there.
