Let me get this straight, you want the top of the wheel to be out more?

Less of an angle? Add more camber.
It'll bring the bottom closer to the car and the top closer toward the fender.

The spacer will just pull the wheel out more.
The negative camber will stay, but the top of the wheel will be closer to the fender.

The closer you want to get to the fender, the more likely you'll need to roll the rear fenders.
I want my rear wheels as flush with the fender as possible with as little camber as I can run...make since? to achieve this do I need spacers? camber kit? or both? and I plan on rolling my fenders because from what I have read, it is the only way to get flush as possible

Get a 20 mm spacer.. I'm running almost the same setup as you but I have 18x10.5 +15 all the way around with 245/40. In the rear I'm running a 20 mm spacer which brings my offset to a -5. But I have smaller tires, and am running -3.8 camber (this is while maxed out on coils) if you would like me to take a picture of my "flushness" I can.

Does anybody want to let me know if it's normal to run -4.2 degrees of camber on stock arms in the fronts? They look kind of tucked it but that could be to the fact I pulled my fronts but I don't know.

Nevermind on the spacers.
Just add more camber.
You can definitely pull off in spec camber in the rear with the current set up you have.

You will probably need both. First you will need to get camber arms and toe bolts. Install them and align the car. Tell the alignment tech that you want your camber set to -1.1ish. Once the alignment is complete you can now look and see if you need to install spacers.

What are the specs of the wheels ? What size tires? I would expect you may need a 10mm to 15mm spacer depending on your liking when it is all said and done.

Remove camber, adding camber would pull the tops of the tires further into the the wheel well.

18x10.5 +20 is close to flush fitting, probably perfectly flush with OEM camber specs. You will probably end up wanting a 5 to 10 mm spacer when finished.

I run at 18x10.5 +10 with a 275/40-18 and the wheel sticks out 10mm from the fender at -2.2 camber.

I meant add more camber as in... less negative?
Dang I sound retarded.
-2 degrees -> -1degree
