Default camber kits

Ok so I have a feeling this is going to sound very noobish but I have to ask. I need a camber kit now that I've lowered my baby so that I don't burn through tires looking around I've become very confused. What do I need to complete a camber adjustment? Some of the kits I've seen come with fwd upper control arms (which seems to be all you need for the front) and rear adjustable camber arms. Now since I know what my rear suspension looks like after taking it all apart once for a bushing kit it seems to me that I would need more than this. I've also heard that some kits require you to elongate the tow bolt hole. Not sure why though. Any help is appreciated.
