Default How important is it to re torque the rear subframe bushings - Whiteline

How important is it to re torque the Whiteline rear subframe bushings after installing them past 100kms?

The instructions say to re torque the bolts after 100kms.

Just wondering if anything would be damaged or affected by not doing this?

Thanks

Torquing bolts to specifications is overrated. Just tighten it down until your elbow hurts - then back-off a quarter.

Sorry maybe I didn't explain it correctly. Emphasis in bold.
