Default Polyurethane bushings for factory swaybars

Can you get them and are they worth it I have a 04.5 model apparently it has a slightly heavier front bar so I was thinking just putting in poly bushings and calling them good enough do aftermarket sways really make a difference? After reading the swaybar data base thread in my under standing stiffest isn't the best please correct me if I'm wrong

New poly bushings can't hurt and will prolly help a little. You can order 34MM Prothane or Energy Susupension. You don't need stiffer front bar UNLESS you have stiffer front shocks/springs.

BTW...ES bushings say *32* mm on the description...but that's wrong...they're 34mm.
