Default Fitment/Stance?

NEW to the whole forum thing, so i don't know if this is even posted in the right place. Im only 19, i know a fair amount about cars but still learning, i saved up money forever and finally bought a black 2003 350z touring. I got all the basic performance mods (exhaust, headers, intake, stage 3 clutch, flywheel, etc) now I'm going for looks. i have 1.5 inch lowering springs installed from when i bought the car but i want it to have i guess what you could say is "fitment"? I can be the first one to say i have not much of an idea on how figuring this out goes. so first what should i go with to lower it, coil overs? (which in particular on your opinion) what size rims then tires? will i have to role my fenders? and also i don't want it to be a half inch from the ground. its my daily driver so I'm thinking something that looks like the link at the bottom. any information is greatly appreicated
