Default Sportline eibach springs for my 350z?

Do any of you know if it makes your car bounce after awhile?? I have never heard good things about springs but I don't have enough for coil overs yet so I figured springs. What do you guys think?

If/when you blow your OEM shocks, yes.

There's nothing wrong with springs bud.. Most people on here talk down on anything they don't have or used to have. I have sport lines currently and getting new shocks is in my near future. I've been on them for about 35k.

Them with a nice set of shocks will be far better than the cheap coilovers on the market.

i am running the pro-kits with stock shocks and freakin love it, i just had my tokico d-specs delivered the other day. the sportlines i believe are .2 inch lower than mine. i have friends that have coilovers and they are ditching them and going back to springs and shocks

I ran eibach pro-kit springs on stock shocks for about 20,000 km. Not a single issue till i blew one during a very hard impact. Swapped out the oem shocks for Tocico HP's which by the way are on massive clearance sale at the moment.

If you're on a budget and not really looking to track your car. Spring will be the perfect fit for you. Different brand/model of springs have different spring rate to fit your needs. Make sure you look into the drop and spring rate before you make up your mind.

I would get the PROKIT spings...about 1" lower with very good spring rates. Sport lines are pretty aggressive with the drop and rates are not as good (wider ranges in progressive vs PROKIT).
You shouldn't bounce with them...but an upgrade to at least NEW OEM 05+ shocks would be advised (fairly cheap) if you have 30K + miles on yours. Of course, there are more agressive shocks available (D spec..Koni..Bilstein).

I am from germany and I can tell you something about the german products.
The best springs with OEM shocks are Koni.
A good combination is Koni springs and spezial Bilstein shocks (Bilstein B8) for shorter springs.
The handling ist very good and the combination is not so expensive.

Georg

Sorry, my english is not perfect.

Where can we find Koni springs? I have Koni shocks, but have never seen Koni springs for the 350Z and can't seem to find them.

Sorry. I think is was too late yesterday.
There is something wrong. I mean H&R springs, not Koni.
OK, once more. The best with oem shocks are H&R in germany.
Koni has shocks ( Koni yellow ) and a adjustable complete kit.
The most in germany with oem shocks have H&R springs but I
think it's not so good. Better is the special shock from Bilstein.
It's the B8 for short springs or the complete kit b16. It's tested
on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and really very good.

Eibach pro-kit is a great spring for the 350, Nice ride, great improvement over stock in the cornering department and looks.
I seriously think my 370 rides better with them than with the stock springs, Much less bounce and a more secure feel on the road, same on the 350.

We have many options in stock, just shoot us a PM for best price.

With shocks and springs is there a need for other aftermarket components to be swapped as well?

Coilovers are great for tracking a car, When I say coilovers, I mean good ones, Not Ebay Chinese junk. Ones need for coilovers is simple, To corner balance the car for track use, that's the purpose of having them.

For street use a High Quality spring and shock combo will be MUCH more comfortable and compliant. If your stock shocks are in good condition they can be reused.

If you lower the car most likely you will need at least a camber correction kit of some sort for the rear, With springs only, the front is usually ok but rear will need to adjust further than the stock eccentrics will allow. Arms are the easiest weather it be SPC, Eibach, SPL or Kintetix. Eccentric Bolt kits are more work as you have to elongate the holes in the subframe to use them. Arms simply bolt on.

Awesome, yeah for clarification, its a my second car so I don't daily it, but the only thing I need is a nice 1" drop thats smooth for street bit agressive handling for Zdayz and track. Haven't tracked yet. Also I have 245 35 19 in the back, its the 06 track, will these still fit?
