Default Something is def wrong......

I put on eibach sportlines with stock 08 suspension and the ride is bouncy, firm, but bouncy. I can't seem to get rid of this bounce however; tried hks ls coilovers, then d2 coilovers, and now i switched over to stock suspension with sportlines and the ride is STILL bouncy. It was less bouncy with the d2's, those were actually really smooth, but still bounced when the road wasn't perfectly flat. not sure how the 350z normall rides stock, its been a while since Ive ridden in a stock z, but I don't think it was this bouncy. Anyone know what the reason could be? Seeing how Ive been through a couple suspension setups, I don't think the hks, d2, and stock/sportlines would all be bouncy. Its not a blown strut bounce, more of a controlled, firm bounce, but the bounce is big enough where I sometimes feel like I am getting some air and the tires are lifted off the ground. I also installed sway bars and expected the car to perform awesome paired with the sportlines, but even during corners I don't feel the car being very planted. Something else must be messed up....I just came back from my lunch break and during that ten minute ride I came out of the car with a slight headache, not joking. Any help appreciated, thanks

Steve

If it helps i have less than 50k on the car, never tracked or driven hard at all. The car does swerve and lose some grip while driving on the freeway, im assuming because my alignment is out of wack. I haven't gotten an alignment, and didn't get an alignment after slamming my car with the d2's, but I doubt an alignment would fix the bounce.

+1 on alignment... I just put new camber arms/toe bolts on and my alignment is super far out of whack now and its ridiculous compared to before. Car bounces/shifts from side the side like it never did before. Car was too low to get on the Nissan alignment rack so I gotta find someone lower friendly.

^^ahhh, so it isn't just my car that bounces/shifts side to side. I guess I really do need an alignment. All this time I was blaming my new suspension parts........which i went through 3 sets already, what an idiot I am

Did you correct your camber when you lowered? Get a camber and toe adjusters if you havent already…the suspension is like a rubic's cube, you change one thing and everything will go out of spec…you must re-adjust to get everything back in spec.

OEM they ride great, as will they ride when you pull your camber/toe back in...

No I haven't gotten an alignment because I was waiting for everything to settle and I was dialing in the ride height. But I never knew an alignment was that important and could change such drastically
