Default Tires rubbing on stock suspension with 25/30 spacers

Por Que?

I did my research here before making my purchase and saw many people
Running 25mm front / 30mm rear spacers on stock suspension with 18" oem rims and had no problems with any rubbing or needing to roll fenders

I'm running 25mm front / 30mm rear stock suspension sitting on 17" oem rims and my front passenger side wheel keeps rubbing on bumpy roads.

Something doesn't fit.
Any ideas as to why?

Thanks in advance,

-Wes

My suggestion, which is a personal one, would be to get some upgraded suspension. Get some arms and good coils with camber plates. Adjust the camber a wee bit, then you're good to go Depending on your tire size, and extent of rubbing, you could also try running lower profile tires. No one will be able to tell you WHY it rubs. It could be a million things from that particular shock being a little more worn to your alignment being off.

^Yep, add camber or go with a narrower front tire

Thanks for the help guys.

Sorry I forgot to mention it before but my tire specs are "235/50 r17" all around.

Also, Kim, my car actually tends to naturally drift towards the right a lot and i have to constantly turn my wheel left;
could that have something to do with (or be a partial reason as to why) only my front right passenger wheel is rubbing?

Thanks again guys.

So you bought the most aggressive spacers that people run with your OEM wheel and tire combo. Your front tires are actually wider and taller than OEM , and now you wonder why it rubs.
Really !!!!!!!!

Oh, I didn't know, being that was how the tires originally came when I had bought the car.

Thanks
