Default G35 NF210 springs on a 350z

I have a 2003 350z for my wife riding on stock suspension, and it's got heated springs from the previous owner, so I'm trying to get them replaced.
I just picked up a set of Tanabe NF210 springs for the 03-06 G35 Sedan, and according to Tanabe's website the spring rates are as follows for the NF210

Spring Rate (kg/mm)
G35
F 5.3 R 4.8

350z
F 5.6 R 6.3

I understand that the G35 springs are going to be softer than the 350z springs, but my overall question is how the drop will be in relation to the spring rate. Will the decreased weight of a 350z cause less of a drop?
If it's not so low, it won't bottom out as easily correct?

Here's a stock suspension picture.
