I need some feedback on the appearance of our suspension products. camber arms, traction arms, upper a-arms

Currently we generally do a light polish on the tube sections, and sandblast the u-brackets, a-arm bracket, and bushing ends. Then we TIG weld them and leave the welds unfinished for the "rainbow" weld look.

My question is what would you rather see?

- completely uniform sandblasted piece? gives it a uniform "silver" finish

- powdercoated finish? all one color, with the hardware like turnbuckles and locking jam nuts not powdercoated.

- if powdercoated, what color? black, blue, red? - keep in mind we use red bushings, and that won't change.

- keep it the way it is

Please let me know what you guys want, and we can see about delivery that.

 

Make them uniform colors that match the original parts. More stealth. I'm not into multi colors peeking out from underneath.

 

I vote for either sandblast everything for a uniform look or powdercoat it to look stock.

Too many colors = rice

 

whichever option keeps the cost down.

Same vote. As they came they looked great, and I was impressed by the quality. They do their work, I haven't "seen" them since the last alignment... :-)

 

I like the way they are. Keep them functional and low cost. Their are alternatives for those who wish the "Bling Bling". (I can't believe I said that.)

 

I'm willing to accept bling blang for a much lower price. The quality is still there. They do the job. That's what matters on stuff like this. No one crawls under my car.
