Default Does anyone else feel the 350z want to break loose its rearr.

I went a week ago with my babe and some friends who have an eclipse 2g turbod and a eclipse 4g and we were going through some twisty country roads. And at times I countiously felt the Z wanting to break loose the backend. Its a really risky feeling at times. At some times I felt I was concerned about spinning out and going in to a ditch. Anyone experiencing this. Im currently at stock height. Havent lowered the Z yet.

The driver probably just sucks, from the factory when driven properly the front plows badly.

Any rwd will break loose going into hard turns too heavily.

Diving in on corner entry the front end plows, hard throttle on corner end the front end plows. The only time the rear wants to step is on slow speed corners or when you enter the corner really slow and have no RT foot control for applying the power on the way out.

Nope. No one elses Z breaks loose on fast turns, ever. Perhaps you have a lemon.

350z is rwd and it needs good judgement like driving anything else on curves at high speeds. With that said if you are comparing it with other cars, make sure they are stock too or at the least what tire sizes they have.

Yea the 4g had some suspension work and rear brace installed. Surely that made the.difference, plus it was front wheel drive the turbod to.it.easy on the curves

Really? I can get the rear real loose on a fast turn. I have found a stiffer front set up (sways and springs) relative to rear helps a lot. Also very sticky tires go a long way. This car can get tail happy if you drive it hard and fast in turns while applying throttle into the exit.

Great - another 19-year old doucheb@g out on public roads, with the judgement of a 12-year old and a car that's too much for him.
