Default Coilovers with height adjustability

Hi Chaps,

I have a completely stock suspension setup (apart from an eibach sway bar and spacers on my rays).

I would like to tighten up the car a little bit. A recent few visits to the track in a proper setup zed has showed me how far behind my car is lacking in that department.

The issue I have is that I live in a town in the UK where there are a lot of humps, ditches, and hills... The V2 bumper I have on the front already scrapes in certain places.

My question is; are there any coilovers available with electronic height adjustable that are actually good? Ideally I would like a 30mm drop for track and maintain stock height for road use.

What are my options (if any) on this?. I see that Tein EDFC and KW DDC is for damping and not for height?

Thanks Guys....

what you are looking for is a coilover with lift capability.

KW does a hydralic lift kit for their coilover suspension. German quality and its really good. But you can only lift it up untill 80km/h and not recommended to drive with it raised. only use it for clearing speedbumps etc.

2nd option, buy a phantom VIP kit. Its a coilover suspension installed with a small piston i made in titanium. You can fill the piston with air lifting the car around 2 inches, making it possible to clear speed bumps and other obstacles.. This kit can be used raised at all time but its ofcourse reommended to drive it slammed

Thanks very much for this.
I may just drop the car like 15mm and forget these fancy solutions for height.

I have no idea what options are available to you because your in the EDM,

Look up

Tein EDFC
Tanabe TEAS
KW DDC

All these systems are paired with good coilover systems that can dial in settings on the fly
