Default Keep blowing rear shocks. Any ideas why?

I have an 04 coupe and I have worn out 3 sets of rear shocks. The stock ones lasted until about 70k at which point the rear became really bouncy. Unfortunately it took me about 10k miles to get around to replacing them which could be part of the problem. I replaced them with Monroes which started going bad after just a few hunded miles and were completely gone after 1k miles. Then I replaced them with OEM ones which started going bad after about 5k miles and now are completely gone after 10k miles. My car currently has 110k miles and has always been completely stock.

Can anyone help out? Could the bushing be bad, maybe the spring? Everything looks fine. I can't keep buying new shocks every 10k miles. Thanks!!

Strong first post but you joined 6 yrs ago. Are you lowered and personally I would switch to a pair of Tokico D-spec or Koni if you keep blowing through shocks.

I would bring the car in and have the rear suspension looked out. Something doesn't seem right with the suspension. Its a odd to me to go through oem shocks within 5k miles...

Crazy...if car was lowered BIG TIME, then I could understand...but STOCK??
I don't think that even bad bushings would cause them to wear out that soon...especially BOTH rears! Are you SURE the replacement shocks were shot? BOTH?

Well, I took it to a local suspension shop. They said it's caused by my diff bushing being bad. He showed me the tell-tale sign of the oil/grease trail down the back of the diff.

Sounds unlikely to me that the diff moving around would cause so much extra movement of the shocks but theoretically possible. Does this sound plausible to anyone?

i have the d-spec and they are gone in a year... and trying to get ahold of d-spec is next to impossible. phone number goes to a vm, the warranty card says i can deal directly with them, the website says i must do it through the retailer... i am running around in circles and just want them replaced
