Default Suspension help

Well I finally got around to mounting my wheels and tires on my z. After some driving around I noticed that the drivers rear tire rubs when I go over certain rough spots. I did notice that my drivers rear wheel gap is about 1 1/2 fingers and the passenger side is about 2. I'm on stock suspension.

Wheel specs: 19x9.5 +20 deep concave and 19x11 +15 Super Deep Concave Forgestar F14

Tire specs: 255/40/19 front 285/35/19 rear.

I was eventually planning on a sublet drop and was considering new shocks and tanabe springs. Lately considering the Tein Basic coilover kit. I'd like to stay away from fender rolling. Any help on why I'm rubbing or any suggestions on suspension? I'm a noob at suspension lol thanks! Btw I searched

You are rubbing because you have wide tires on semi aggressive wheels

So what do you recommend to fix the problem? Also why only on the drivers side rear? Worn shock?
