So I got my front coilover off the lower control arm (red box) to spin it in order to adjust the height. Do I have to take off the bolt (green box) connecting this control arm to chassis or......????

Disconnect the endlink, the bolt in the middle of the red and green box.

yeah man, that endlink is whats holding up the arm and everything else. but make sure when you loosen it up, to watch your hands and face cuz it could just drop down and outward lol. but after that, its cake

 

Don't try to take off the swaybar endlink unless the bar is unloaded. Do this by having both wheels fully off the ground. That's also the only way you'll get the endlinks reconnected.
