Coilovers (for the most part) fit all years, correct?

I couldnt find a definitive answer unfortunately.

Found a guy selling a set of coilover's for a good price.
He has a 2003.
I have a 2008.

Before I go ahead and PayPal this guy, I want to make sure they'll bolt on correctly!
