Default Akebono BBK & Wheel Fitment

Been searching around a bit and can't seem to find for sure if the XXR 527's with clear the Akebon BBK. I know i can print the template out, but without a good place to work on the car at the moment, pulling the wheel to test isn't really an option.

My Wheel specs are:
F: 18x8.75 +20
R: 18x9.75 +20

According to NLMotoring:
The lightweight wheels have a great "X-Factor" that clears even the largest big brake calipers on vehicles such as G37, EVO and STi.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No to be a dick, but how could you not have a place to pull the wheel off? Plenty of people pull the wheel off on the side of the highway when they get a flat or in a parking lot literally anywhere. I'm pretty sure where ever your car is at this very moment you can jack it up and pull the wheel off. Personally I think its worth it to do just for peace of mind.

Out of the house at the moment and the jack is at the house. I figured it was worth asking before i have a chance to make it back home in a couple days.

I probably could have stated it better, was just at work and figured i would get it out there.

Thanks for any help guys

Ah ok now I got you. My guess is you'll be fine, especially if they are claiming they clear the G37 calipers. Definitely get some other opinions though because I don't know much about those wheels.

Those Akebonos are huge so take the time to print the template unless you have
the choice to return the wheels if they do not fit. I know they clear lots of 18 inch wheels though. Those offsets will help too. I have the Akebonos but on 19s. I store my car on stock 18s. They barely clear those.

I can now confirm that they do indeed fit on these wheels and I have to say, they look amazing.

Yes, i know the wheels are filthy at the moment. I am washing the car tomorrow.

I had a hard time fitting my RPF's around the akebonos. I have a +23 in the front on a 18x9.5 and they barely clear. The rears are a 18x10.5 +38 and they clear fine. I like to run really wide NT01's for road coarse. (315's in the rear)
