Im looking at Tein Street Basis OEM Style Coilovers. (convertible)

The ride height states.

Ride Height:
•Front Drop: -23mm / -0.9"

•Rear Drop: -11mm / -0.4"

•Front Adjustment: -11mm ~ -60mm / -0.4" ~ -2.4"

•Rear Adjustment: 8mm ~ -36 / 0.3" ~ -1.4"

Can I assume by looking at Front and rear adjustments that I can lower
my ride height as little as -0.3" as is stated there?
