Upper Control Arm Balljoints
Hey I am new on this page. I need someone to help me why my 350z is eating every balljoint i install on it. After a brand new installation it seems fine. After a while it starts making creaking noises when i turn left or right. I lift the car and see that both front boots on the arm are crushed and ripped! Please help idk what to do anymore. My car is aligned and lowered. This is the second pair of arms I am going to got through.

What are your alignment settings?
Just wondering if it could be down to that. Have you searched yet?

Rob's right. You can't take a guess at that because something is OBVIOUSLY funked up. How are the tires wearing? Is your Z wearing some ungawdly awful offset wheels?
What you should do is take it in and get an alignment CHECK. A lot of shops will do that for free in hopes of your getting necessary alignment done in their shop. In the process, they usually do a component check looking for slop (unnecessary play) in the suspension.
Until you know what your settings are, you are just taking shots in the dark and nobody here can tell you for sure without hands on the car.

The wheels specs are 19x9.5 +12 in front and 19x10.5 +22 rear. Ive seen these on Z's before and i called megan racing and asked what could be causing the problem and they said this is the first case they have had. But they are sending me another pair. I dont want this next pair to go to waste so i need to find the solution to this quick.

Post up more details and images of what's going on in the front end.
Or just ensure you get it to a decent place that can go over it for you but definitely come back and do a follow up post on what you found as it could help others.

Tire wear isnt bad. But it does wear out on the inside, it just takes a bit of time to wear. But i guess I can get it aligned for a second time and ask them. Thank you tho

BEFORE you actually have the car aligned though, look at the numbers and identify the out-of-nominal-range values and ask (if you don't know) what could be causing the out-of-spec and that can help narrow down the problematic pieces.
Good luck!

Should I go with SPC or SPL? Cause Megan told me that my car might need roll center adjusters. I rather buy SPL or SPC arms instead of taking a chance and buying the adjusters from Megan Racing.

I dont mind spending the amount of time with a alignment. The problem I am trying to fix is for it to stop creaking when i turn cause its really embarrassing! I just dont want to buy a new pair if I am going to have the same result you know.
