Default tcs , slip, abs, brake lights On

It my first post but I have a problem I did an oil change and everything seemed fine on my 2004 350z road roster. I was driving it when all thes lights came on tcs , slip, abs, brake lights. I got home safe but I smelled lot of brake dust and everything was hotter than normal. Has anyone had this problem and if you had what was your solution.

Maybe a caliper has siezed? Jack the car up, put it in neutral and see if the wheels turn freely. I would think locked brakes would be obvious but if its only one in the rear that is sticking you might not notice at first.

In for pics...

of sister

My car does that sometimes after I haven't driven it for a while, it usually goes away after a short drive though.

guess you didnt like my comments in your other thread... you smelt hot brakes, not hot brake dust. my guess is the abs pump is going, but then again i am not a mechanic, hence why i suggested you GO PAY NISSAN FOR A PROPER DIAGNOSIS

but that makes too much sense
