Default Broken front strut mount help?

Hey guys so I found out my front left strut mount is bad so I'm here looking for a new one. The only one that shows say they have them but no bearing included -.- but when I went on ultrarev.com they had The monroe strut mount but it says can include the bearing?? Does anyone know if it does or a place that does have the strut mount with bearing?

What bearing? Dont think theirs any sort of bearing in the strut mount.

The bearing plate that sits on top of the strut
