Default Minimal DUST brake pads- Your opinion

I realize this topic was argued and discussed upon in the past but Im not sure if we ever came to a clear conclusion.

Im looking for the least amount of brake dust possible while maintaining at least the stock brake felling (no less).

Some folks say the EBC VR Green, some say not.

Please help

After researching for a while, I ordered the Hawk HPS brake pads yesterday.

They are supposed to have less dust than the EBC VR Green.

I'm just curious what negative things you've heard about the Greenstuff pads Dave? I have heard that the Hawk HPS have a tendancy to squeel coming from some members on this board. I am trying to decide between the two as well.

Anyone with actual experience? No offense to those that heard something, but that is completely meaningless to me.

The "low dust" pads are hard on rotors. Regardless, I'll be getting some too.

Yeah, here we go again. I appreciate the responses but this was intended to clear the smoke, not make it more smokey

Axxis Deluxe Plus...cheap, good performance, and low dust.

I wouldn't touch EBC greentstuff pads with a 10' pole. This is not a company perspective...this is my personal experience...although others in our organization have had bad experiences as well.

They fall apart with any heat.

My experience, fwiw,
I have Hawk HPS on my car, track it a lot. There is a lot less dust than stock, but it still makes significant dust. Squeal when hot.

I have EBC Greenstuff on my wife's car. No track work. No dust at all, no squeals, and feel like stock.

My recommendation:
Track = Hawk
Street = Greenstuff.

I'm using Hawk HPS. The difference from stock is night and day. Whereas stock front brakes dust wheels within one week, the Hawks leave no dust.

I do get squeals and I'm unable to tell if it's from the fronts or if it's my rears. I haven't changed my rears in 34k miles so it could be rears but I'm thinking it's the fronts. This is after proper bedding. You can re-bed the brakes to avoid the squeal. I think J Ritt or another vendor wrote a good review about this somewhere.

I was going to switch to the Nismo pads, but my dealer suggested Stillen...I can't quite recall the reason. In any case. I have the Stillen pads & essentially have no dust now. No squeak. They are fine as far as I see now.
