Default can toe and camber be adjusted in the rear?

The reason why I'm asking is because I had my front and rear alignment checked at the dealership and the both camber and toe were off. Toe was -.06 degrees whereas spec range is 0.01-0.07 degrees. Camber is -2.3 whereas spec range is -2.1 to -1.1

They didn't adjust it because they claimed "it's an '04, and that '03 alignment specs aren't available". Well, that statement was way too fishy, so I did a bit of research, and found aftermarket products to allow alignment adjustment for the rear. I assume there are aftermarket products because there is no way to make adjustments to the rear.
