So have they really fixed the noise issue with the newer version? I am ready to buy a set of these but after I read so many problems with the noise problem on this forum, I am REALLY hesitant. Please help!!

Thanks!

Just wanna know in particular is there any more clunking issues with these?
The package does look pretty attractive to me, and EDFC does seems to be a good idea for my use (daily driver and occation track driving), but if I have to take a risk on having clunking noises, then I may save up to buy something more decent.

Please help, thanks so much.

I have the Tein flex on my car and does not make that noise. I do have a buddy with a G that experienced that problem. The noise does not affect the performance of the coilovers. Apparently the noise is caused due to valving issues. Anyway its a common thing that tein now about and will fix it under warranty as they did on my buddy's G

nice...I'm ordering mine this week, my buddy's G had no problems, and I think the newest versions have a fix...not entirely sure though.

So how did Tein fix the problem on your buddy's G ? Did he sent it back to Tein ?
