does anyone has Buddy club coilover on their Z? how's the ride quality compare w/ Tein Flex and Zeal V6?

one more Q..

what's those number on the damper rate mean?
(some other called it spring rate, they're the same thing right?)

ie 14k/h180 front 5k/h200 rear <--- BC one

and i notice zeal v6 has different numbers ( 10k front 8k rear)

so.. what do they mean?
