Had a supercharged altima to put them on. Car was totaled and I kept these in case I got another one. Ended up with a 240. I have a different brake setup for that car. Why do you ask?

I'm am in NYC.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I've contemplated selling the Z multiple times to get into a house faster so this May 26th close date can't come fast enough. I'm just mad that a few months ago I had a hair trigger for buying brakes and nothing was out there except new Akebonos and beat up brembos.

Lol sucks man. Been sitting on these for awhile. Hard to let go since they're in such good condition. I just have no need for them anymore. I wanted to use them on my 240 but i cant squeeze 15s over the rears.

Bump.

Couple flakes have passed them up.

If I can't get what's I feel they're worth I may end up retrofitting them.

Haha, I managed to get all 4 calipers, rotors, pads (not much), and hard lines that came off an '04 G for $950 CND...calipers are pretty much mint, only one of the rears have a chip. So maybe you should consider price drop?

Ebc rotors and pads aren't cheap. Good for you tho.

1k is a great price for just the calipers, pads and rotors would be pointless to someone who would want a new set up

Calipers and pads are new. Rears are broken in. ~20miles.

saw a set go on the Craigslist for $650 just a few weeks ago.. calipers, pads, rotors, lines - the whole 9. $1650 for this is through the roof and is why they haven't sold. These things normally go within a week when priced appropriately.

The EBC pads alone are ~$300, and the rotors might be even more, but it's not specified which ones they are. I wouldn't sell my Brembo setup for even close to $1K, and chose the Brembo over the Akebono setup for reasons already discussed on this site ad nauseam. Both setups have the +'s and -'s.

I'm not stressing. Only ones complaining already bought a cheap set with stock rotors and pads. Not really apples to apples.

$1000 is a great price for a decent set of calipers.... just calipers with a few scratches. Not a clean set. Along with used stock pads and rotors.

Like dcains has already has done...... look at the price of EBC pads and rotors. Part numbers are on the boc. Yellowstuff pads and slotted and dimpled rotors.

$1000 for all this is not a good offer, even if I asked. I know what calipers go for alone. I know what good pads and rotors cost.
