I wonder if you can custom order an enthusiast with nav from the factory. I don't see why not?
You can't. Custom order doesn't exactly mean "whatever you want". It's only from the choices the carmaker provides for every trim level, and nav isn't listed on the options list for Base, Enthusiast, and Track.
