Do Z's really not have any rebates or incentives?
We had deals on Zs every weekend when I was a car salesman. The problem was that it wasn't much of a savings unless it was right before the quarterly taxes were due. Then you could get a decent savings because they don't want to pay taxes on it. Each time they pay taxes they lose money on any possible deals.
There are incentives on Z's from time to time. For example, there's the Nissan "bottom line sales event" every fall when they're trying to get ready for all the new model year cars. The dealer here changed all their sticker prices to very near invoice for that. For example, an '05 enthusiast with aero package was ~$28,100 with no haggle.
So, you can negotiate now, or wait for rebates/incentives.

There are no rebates on the 2005(s), in fact the hold back is already gone, the term you're looking for is dealer cash. The dealer cash is $2500 on the 2005(s), so you can buy the car $2500 under invoice.
You need to tell the dealer you're aware the Dealer Cash disappears at the end of May, you'd like to purchase the left over '05 for invoice minus dealer cash, and apply the dealer cash toward the deal as a rebate deducted from invoice. This will get you the best deal possible.

6 ZRs (including two yellow) + Coupes on the lot when I got mine last week. It was like a jackpot, I knew what the dealer cash was and said, okay let's deal. I know you lose the dealer cash come June 1. They brought out the invoice discounted it $2500, I negotiated down another $500 and we were done. They showed me the net profit on the deal, to prove how deep they went to earn my business, negative $970.00, needless to say it was a 20 minute affair. I said I'll pay $31,500 for a Super Black 6MT ZR Touring, they pointed to one, washed it, and I was leaving within the hour. I'd like to thank Nissan for the $2500 kicker on my deal, thank you!
What's the residual and money factor on the 63 month lease?

I recieved an email stating all nissans including z would be 1000 under inovice plus I already have a brother in law working for one of the dealerships so thats not bad. But the deal on any remaining 05s are sweet.

Pricing could be tricky due to different locations, not to mention different states because of fees, titles, taxes, etc. So using one person's pricing from a particular dealership from a particular time frame doesn't mean you will get that same price because of seasons, holiday weekends, etc, time of month.
But do what I did, just get rock bottom offers from a few dealerships (via fax or email) and forward them to one another and have them fight over your purchase. No dealership hassles etc
But patience is vital, the car will always better there waiting for you
I find making salesmen wait for your purchase is brutally fun
