Default Refinancing Now or Later?

I've only owned my car for 2 months and I want to refinance it because my APR is 7.29% Can I do it this soon??

You can refinance at any time but you may have a couple of minor problems:

a. The finance rate will apply to a used not new vehicle.
b. A lender my not finance the balance. Maybe only the Blue Book value.

if your a member of a credit union they still may finance as new, thats what we did with gf's car bought the car they gave her a bad interest rate so after a month we refinanced thru my credit union as a new car.
