Talking wanting 2006 350z base or Enth.

i'm looking for 06' 350z ( still searching )

i went to Ingram Nissan in San Antonio for 06' 350 BASE MODEL!!!
first they told me $27,800 and later "oops computer error"
and gave me $29,500!!! (w/o tax) insane people!!

I asked them $26,000 Flat (everything tax and all that...)
am i asking too much???

any Base Model drivers out there experiencing bad oversteer or understeer without TC and VSC??
I wonder if i should just get enth. model....

need your opinion guys~

29,500 for a base is way too much.... 26-27k for base out the door is what people on the forum are paying.

Just be firm. Get up and walk away if they aren't willing to budge. Don't act like you need the car. (need vs want).

I'm picking my MB base model up in about a month for 26,840 out the door with free oil changes for life and getting 2k over blue book on my trade. So, I think you could easily get a better deal.

You can get an enthusiast OTD for 30k. Try looking at dealers in Austin if none in SA are giving you a good deal. You can try carsdirect.com and a couple dealers will contact you, that's what I did and got good responses. As far as the base/enth. question. It all depends on what you want. Enth. has HIDs, cruise, TCS, and a few other things I'm leaving out. You just have to decide what you want in the car.

06 Bases have HIDs. Let us know what kind of a deal you finally get.

Question

I think that your first step is to decide what model is most appropriate for you.

i payed 28500 for my 06' enthusiast in december so i dont see why you should bother paying that much for a base i got it with floor mats cargo package spoiler and the door sills out the door. so i would say do not pay that much for a base model.

offer like 26500 out the door but make that offer to several dealerships and see what happens.

I just got back from the dealership and was quoted 28,500 for an 06 enthusiast in Silverstone. Should I pull the trigger? I really want black but they seem hard to find. My second choice would be white (although I havent seen it in person) and Silverstone is my third option. Im thinking I should hold out. What do you guys think?
