Default I'M SOLD on the 07'

But I've not seen any reputable listing of INVOICE for the models of roadster... (Touring specifically, but any in general).

I was offered a deal at 36,400... But just couldn't say yes without checking this place...

HALP

please?

My second choice is a touring with 12k miles on it for 28.9...

If you cannot find anything its because you aren't looking...

price out your touring roadster below...anything less than $500 over invoice is a decent deal IMO

from the looks of the price you got I'd say its right around 500 over invoice. You could probably get them at $100-200 over invoice if you enjoy haggling and you think it is worth your time

Deland is selling them at invoice +$493 dealer fee. $200 dealer fee on orders (3 month wait).

Talk to Ken Gunderson, hes been great to deal with, buying a car from him in the next week

Dealer fees are bogus. They were made strictly for profit only and so they can dupe the buyer into thinking they got a great price. Before dealer fees ever existed it was hard to get a car at invoice, unless there was a rebate offered.

AAAK.

I was actually at Edmunds right before posting and the only invoice info was for Hatch...

The only adders are Painted splash and Alu Kicker...

That'd be 38.7, although the dealer has a sticker of 41...

Looks like invoice is 35.7, so they're in the ballpark with the first offer, though I don't like when folks play with stated invoice.

Out of curiosity, is the performance that much better in the 07' that a light driven (12k miles) 2006 wouldn't be a better deal with all the same features at 28.9??

Thanks by the way...

What year.

And I know dealer fees are bogus - I also know that its not worth $300 to me to start *****ing with the dealer. If they will sell it for $500 over invoice I'm not getting a bad deal - esp since they aren't just selling me one off the lot (dealer trade bs).

I see it as - I don't have to work to get that price, I just have to make another payment, if I *****, then if I go for service I've already left a bad taste in the dealers mouth.

The Z's Dealer Invoice is roughly 7 percent below MSRP from my findings. So...

A roadster Touring MSRP is $37900, that would be $35247 Dealer Invoice

MSRP with your options(MT, Kick Plate, Splashguards) is 38855 so... ~ 36135

Gotcha all and thanks...

This is an 07 by the way.

I looked at three pre owned. One had paint and body work (but a clean car fax interestingly...) the other two were obviously worked over heavily... For the extra few grand, I'll go new.

I had one dealer fall to invoice with a phone call. I'll take that and 20k cash to the dealer closer to my house and ask them to beat it (and be ready to walk, as I know I can still come back to that dealer for my service...).

Both are high volume shops, so I am fairly sure I'll get it for Invoice or better...

Thanks Agian
