Buying from private out of state
i'm curious as to how people gaurentee the condition of the car when buying from a private seller out of state...such as from the postings on this site.
I'm in the market for a used Z and have seen some very nice Z's for good prices on this site....but i'm too scared that its truly not in the condition that its stated to be in and so don't usually consider them as true options. Is there some type of contract or document that should be used when buying from a private seller that could get me my money back if it wasn't in the stated condition???
thanx, Anthony

It's a good question... I'm looking for a very particular car right now (MkII MR2), and they're very rare, so I'm likely to find one, but across the country.
With a 350Z, they're so common, you can probably find one close enough to go see it in person. I see dozens of 350Z's for sale every day, in all colors, years, trims, etc. Other than that, I don't have an answer for you
