Agreed with the co-signer. But damn, I am reading the insurance rate you guy have posted and I think I must be getting a good deal. I pay just under $200 a month for three cars 04 350Z-06 Pacifica-05 Duramax 4 door long bed.

Discussing insurance rates on a message board is useless.

Who cares who he's sponsored by. If his folks want to help him out then good for him. I really wish people would leave their jealousy at the door before logging in to the forum.
I struggled to get finance due to my age and in the end the only solution was to put down a large deposit to get the approval over the line.
Good luck with the finance but just make sure you've got a good lump of savings behind you before you do it.
Let us know how you go

yes your mommy and daddy should just pay it in full... Income of $800 a month, you can barely afford a civic my friend.
I'm making about $10k/month and still got many bills, wait until your about 25-30 to get this car.

i'm already paying my car payment but it's financed under mom's name doing 345 a month with no problem for past 2 years.
it will bring 2g extra to use as a down payment owe 4500 roughly and will bring about 6700-7k in trade in.
i'm putting in an additional 4k down if that helps, so with trade it will be 6k down more than 30% of car price...

BOTTOM LIINE YOUR TOO YOUNG TO HANDLE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A $30K+ CAR.
You do NOT want to set yourself up for failure. Many of us who own, lease, or are making payments are not in school and making decent money. We have been working and built up credit. Just because mommy pays for everything doesn't mean you can handle/deserve such a car. Put it on your wish list or have mommy/daddy buy and and make the payments to them if you are so sure of yourself.

Big deal, if you can have them co-sign or promise to pay them, there is no problem. Seriously lay off the guy, there is nothing wrong with wanting a z, ok your at least in your 20's right lol, but yeah dont take all of the criticism, enjoy the z if you can work something out with them.

ok well i really gave up reading all the hating goin on...i was in the SAME situation you are in a month ago...i just graduated hs and i got a "good" job making almost $2k/month starting and they pay for college and what not...i sold my 95 integra gs-r and used that cash as a down payment on a z...my credit was like 670 or something and i went to my CREDIT UNION. i financed 13,000 @ 6.09% for 60 months comes out to roughly $255/month. i put the car on my dads name on the insurance plan because i have a couple points and pay him $160/month for that...i paid and plan on paying double payments because i don't wanna be CRAZY old (23) and still making payments. good luck with your car. there is always a way to do it, you just gotta figure it out.

The dealer thought I said $1,000 a month when he asked. I corrected him and said "No dude.... $11,000 a month and I am paying cash." Of course, I am not living off my parents either. lol. Dude get a cheaper car for now.
