Smile 2003 350z Touring 6mt, should I trade in my '04?

In my area there are very few 350z's since it's western Newyork and many people want a car they can drive all year around. But I made a trip to my local dealership just to see whats kicking around (my Z is in heated storage) and there was a Z. This is very rare to see in a dealer in my area and you usually have to go to the city to find any. But my question to the my350z community would be would trading my 2004 350z Redline Touring 6MT be worth trading in on the dealership's 2003 350z Daytona Blue Touring 6MT. My Redline one has 33000 and the dealer's Daytona has only 9000, Mine has the 60month powertrain left on it and theres has run out of both warranty's. What was the major difference between the '03 and the '04's, in mine i know the clutch is getting beat and i've had no problems with it at all. Also lookin at blue book value's the '03 books for 16-19k and the '04 for 19-25k now why is this?

Uhh...maybe because the '04 is a year newer than the '03?

Why in the hell would you trade down a year and lose warranty?

Do you have a thing for the blue color? Have it painted.
