hey guys,

my brother is looking to buy an 08 Z. and i had a few questions.

we're looking at the touring model and was wondering if it was worth it to get the grand touring just for the brembos.

the wheels dont matter as we are gonna be changing them out for some te-37s

i'm thinking he should buy the touring and just add brembos as we plan to autox and occasionaly track it.

also, how is the stock clutch on modifications. most likely only going to do basic bolt ons. my stock clutch on my evo went after i added boltons because of the power upgrade and i'm wondering if its like that with the Z.

and last but not least, how long does it usually take for a custom build. we went to the dealership but cant seem to find a black touring model with black interior and navigation and 6mt. we are thinking about just building it and ordering it but dont want to wait years for it

Sounds to me like the Entusiast model might be a better choice if your going to trade out wheels, brakes, etc.

Ordering is, from what I've seen on here, a 90 to 120 day process.
