Sounds like a decent deal. When I was shopping for my Z back in November, I got some quotes in the mid $26K range for an Enthusiast with all the extra stuff you mentioned. Best of luck to you.
One of the dealer is offering me an 08 Enthusiast for $27780 + TTL. I've decided to go get the Z that i've waited awhile this weekend. $26500 + TTL sounds more reasonable for an 07 right now.

Not all 07's have the"slave cyl.problem". That issue has allready been taken care of under factory warrenty or the recall.
